Uncut: Palin: 'I Do Have the Fire in My Belly'
Ma 19, 2011 - 15:03 -
Sarah Palin addresses the decision-making process in whether to run for president, media attacks on candidates and the state of the GOP
The LSM asking Senator John McCain: ‘Is Sarah Palin going to run for President?’ and Is she divisive?” I was shocked the question was asked since no republican or any politician has been asked a Governor Palin for President question. Just kidding!
The media’s favorite question is clearly no coincidence or even an obsession. Feels more like a co-ordinated, organized & very deliberate effort of bring down the most likely Obama replacement.
The media naively believes they have the perfect gotcha question & tool to inject divisiveness with the ultimate goal of creating a Gov Palin bashing video moment. The media & DC are very perceptive. They see a tidal wave coming (Governor Palin) and they are doing everything to stop it or at least slow it down.
Getting To Know John McCain
CNN's Candy Crowley asks Sen. John McCain: “Which book would you read first, George W Bush or Sarah Palin”
Sen. John McCain Draws Parallel Between Sarah Palin and Ronald Reagan
"I think anybody that has the visibility that Sarah has is obviously going to have some divisiveness, I remember that a guy named Ronald Reagan used to be viewed by some as divisive....an incredible force in the American political arena....keeping her options open."
"I think she's doing great job....she's motivating our base. I think she had a positive impact on the last election and I'm proud of her."
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush says Sarah Palin will get his vote for president in 2012 if she's the Republican nominee. Appearing on John King's CNN show, Bush had no hesitation in responding to a question posed by an online follower, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Here's what one of our Facebook fans, Kyle Hunter, asked me to ask," said King. "Would he endorse Palin for president if he does not run himself?"
Bush quickly replied: "A, I'm not running and if Sarah Palin's the nominee and if she's running against Barack Obama, you betcha."
What is wrong with President Obama and his staff? He gets what he wants and then the first thing he (and / or his staff) does is insult. Go figure. Bully? or Leader? Is that really the way to govern?
Republican Leader Boehner says he may vote for extension of the Bush tax cuts that exclude the wealthy (which is what President Obama wants) and what does the White House do? The FIRST THING the White House does in response to this news is go on attack. (See below.)
I thought President Obama was looking for help for his policies and seeking bipartisanship -- instead he is escalating the war with the Republicans. This was so dumb to do (see below.) He should have embraced the opportunity for agreement. Is this about leading or winning?
When will President Obama learn that leadership is different from campaigning?
America is exceptional! It’s not her politicians that make her so; it’s her everyday people and the values Americans hold so dear. During this special week let’s take time to honor some exceptional citizens who may have felt ordinary, but by acting on opportunities in front of them, they’ve accomplished some extraordinary things and have made this world a better place. “Real American Stories” highlights some good people who help lift America’s spirit. Enjoy their stories as they inspire all of us to look beyond self and strive to contribute to this great, blessed country.
I will be guest hosting “Real American Stories” tonight on Fox News Channel. The show airs at 10pm EDT, 9pm Central, 8pm Mountain, 7pm Pacific, and 6pm Alaska time.
Sarah Palin begins her role as a TV host with “Real American Stories,” which debuts at 10 p.m. Thursday on Fox News Channel.
“On the Record With Greta Van Susteren” will be preempted that night. The first “Real American Stories,” which is a series of specials, will repeat at 9 p.m. Sunday.
Fox News says “Real American Stories” focuses on ”real-life tales of overcoming adversity throughout the American landscape.”
The premiere will profile a wealthy stockbroker who helps underprivileged students and a Marine Medal of Honor recipient. Plus, country singer Toby Keith will talk about his song “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.”
And that’s not all. Actor-rapper LL Cool J and Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric, talk about their lives in a segment called “In Their Own Words.”
One remarkable thing about Sarah Palin is that she has no fear. None.
