We all knew he was due to return soon...but now we now for sure when he will be arriving back home!
Meg Stapleton issued the following statement: "The Palins are expecting the return of eldest son Track this weekend from a yearlong deployment with an Army combat brigade in Iraq,"
I have no doubt that Todd and Sarah and Bristol and Willow and Piper and the little ones, Trig and Tripp are OVER THE MOON knowing that in just a few days their beloved son and brother will be home from his tour of duty. Track Palin, as last I heard, had a pretty tough duty assignment...so he will probably be very happy to return to Alaska for some his Mom's moose chili, and some cozy nights snuggled in with his big family there at the house.
I know how emotional it was for my family when my own brother returned from the War in Iraq...so I am sure this will be a real time of laughter and tears, hugs and ecstastic joy for the Palins and their extended family. I am so happy for Todd and Sarah, that their son, who they are so proud of, is finally going to be back in their arms again!
GOD BLESS YOU, TRACK...AND THANK YOU FOR YOU SERVICE TO OUR NATION!!!!
I sent a whole lot of great Kona coffee to Track's
ReplyDelete1 SBCT , the Arctic Wolves, at FOB Warhorse while they were there . To Chaplain Rod Mills who had set up a little coffee point in the Brigade Chapel . I had always hoped that Track , as a good Christian man , would find his way there and enjoy some of this coffee , some of the worlds very best . The best for the best!
God bless them all and congratulations to Track for a successful first deployment .
